The rooms were neat and compact, with windows opening to the rooftops. What was important for me - excellent bathroom and very very kind and courteous staff with a doorman like that.

The breakfast had a good selection, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed. The room above me was noisy, and the old carpeting left much to be desired.

The breakfast was very good and the location very central. Although the entrance area does not give a hint, the hotel is very distinguished and modernly furnished.

The breakfast in the bar was excellent with lovely food and service. Every staff member was welcoming. The venue was in a very central location really close to historic sights, river and restaurants and in proximity of very nice pubs.

    Location

Our room wasnt ready when we arrived at 4.10pm, we had to wait until after 5pm and we had a reservation in a restaurant at 5.30pm. The staff at reception, one girl in particular wasnt helpful at all everything seemed to be an effort with directions (which she gave us wrong).

Sadly, late-night noise from nearby pubs was a persistent problem!!! Basic amenities missing from rooms and inconsistent WiFi service.
